Help to support Farmworker Caravan by eating tamales. Yes, you read that correctly. Just order tamales to-go to and the profits will go to support food and agricultural workers. It's as simple as that.
DINNER-SIZE TAMALES
These hefty tamales, hand-made with authentic quality ingredients, are generously filled with flavorful slow-cooked seasoned meats surrounded by a moist fluffy masa and wrapped in a natural corn husk. Traditionally served throughout the Christmas season for Las Posadas, Día de la Virgen de Guadalupe, Nochebuena, Dia de Los Reyes, Candlemas and everyday meals.
Each Mexican-style tamale is lovingly made by hand in a commercial kitchen and delivered pre-cooked to be reheated at your convenience. Serve for breakfast topped with a fried egg or for lunch and dinner with beans, rice and/or a salad.
Note: Tamales are sourced from a small immigrant-own business following all health code regulations. Kirkland vegetable shortening is used for all tamales.
